By confirming your booking & paying your deposit / booking fee you agree to our terms and conditions set out below.

In signing our T&Cs you agree to us retaining data relating to you and / or your business with the express intention of using such data in our contractual dealings with yourselves.
Upon satisfactory conclusion of the contract all records and data will be held by us unless we receive express instructions from yourselves to the contrary.
At no point will any of this data / information be shared with any 3rd party unless in express pursuance of the contract.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as “the hirer”.
Ayrshire magic mirror photo booth is referred to as “the company”.
Your telephone or e-mail booking will be held as provisional for 14 days.
By law you have a 14 day cooling off period after you have made you deposit payment / booking fee.
this applies to booking made via phone , e mail , social media or in person when viewing our mirror
Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
In the event that your hire has to be resheduled due to covid 19 /coronavirus , local lock-down ,your booking fee / deposit can be transfered to another suitable date without penalty.
The deposit/ booking fee required for each item is £50, other than in exceptional circumstances is non-refundable.
The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least 6 weeks prior to the event unless otherwise discussed.
Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, then 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
Should cancellation occur within 6 weeks of the event 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
Our booth area is a no drinking , no smoking area .
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies equipment however caused by the hirer, or there guests.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide the correct information at time of booking, the company accepts no liability for incorrect information.
The company will not accept liability for any changes made to the booking unless written confirmation is received no later than 28 days prior to the event date.
During the event we reserve the right to close early if people become abusive to us or are not using the booth as instructed to the point where it is at risk of damage. This is for the safety of ourselves and other guests.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Any compensation for what ever reason will not exceed the hire of the booth.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the booth unless otherwise agreed.
The time slot that is booked with us can not be changed on the day or night of the hire. This includes weddings where the venue or schedule has fallen behind. We are happy to wait and start later, however our finish time will be as agreed at the time of booking. If extra time is required this is at the discretion of the company and may include an additional charge
additional mileage rates are 50p per mile each way
Due to the photo booth operating by electricity our products can not be placed outside unless on hard flooring and covered marquees, this is to be discussed at time of booking.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that a suitable location for your booth can be sited /provided and that a suitable power scourse can be supplied .
Due to differences in ambient light & disco lights at events there may be variations in the printed photograph
We use flash photography please let us know if any of your guests suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy prior to event
we may remove the red carpet if floors are slippy or the events carpets pile creates the red carpet a trip hazard
We reserve the right to use any pictures taken in our booth for marketing purposes.
If for any reason any of our products become unavailable due to damage we reserve the right to send an alternative product that may not be identical. If for any reason you are unhappy with this you must tell us upon set up. No refunds can be offered after the event.
